We’re proud to share that Dentons LuatViet has won the Editor’s Choice Award for Impact Deal and Case of the Year at the 2024 asialaw Awards, held in Kuala Lumpur on September 26, 2024.

The acquisition of FV Hospital, valued at USD 381.4 million, is the largest M&A deal in the healthcare sector in Southeast Asia since 2020, marked the entry of Thomson Medical Group into Vietnam. Thomson Medical Group is one of the region’s top healthcare companies, operating in Singapore and Malaysia. 

Led by Managing Partner Tran Duy Canh, the Dentons LuatViet M&A team, in collaboration with our colleagues from Dentons Rodyk in Singapore, successfully managed the intricate aspects of this major transaction. The seamless teamwork across our offices exemplified the global strength and expertise that Dentons brings as the world’s largest law firm.
