On October 17, 2022, Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC), the largest arbitration body in Vietnam, officially appointed Dentons LuatViet's Managing Partner, Mr. Tran Duy Canh, in the new position as an arbitrator for a five-year term (17/10/2022 - 17/10/2027). With years in practice, Canh has participated in many cases at VIAC as an ad-hoc arbitrator or counsel for claimant/respondent. Moreover, he acts as a counsel for his claimant at Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).

Vietnam International Arbitration Centre is an independent legal entity organization with an international reputation for resolving domestic and foreign disputes in different fields. Arbitrators of VIAC are lawyers and professionals who have achieved extensive expertise and knowledge and meet VIAC's global standards. The arbitral awards will be forwarded directly to the enforcement agency without proceedings or recognition of the court.
